"Phil has been then the only bright spot in a storm that seemed to be hanging over me and still is over the last thirty days. My insurance elapsed, because my online bank closed their doors. And unfortunately, my phone was not working at the time, so I did not know about it for about 3 weeks after the fact. And when I did took it upon myself to get things back in order. And it all started with a number of individuals in companies not doing their job, the way it should be handled, which led to\nFrustrations that I do not even want to it began to describe. But when it came to reinstating my insurance and my plates for my car phil was very patient, very understanding.And above all , very professional and helping me overcome the obstacles that laid before me. Now keep in mind, this process took a few days.\n Mainly because my online bank and other forms of banking were the obstacles themselves. ,I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with Phil doing his job. His professionalism as well as\nHimself doing what had to be done along with providing me options to make things easier on myself. I've ran companies.\n In companies with inbound, in outbound, calling centers so anytime you're working in a phone environment , I know it can be frustrating. One thing I can say from my own experience, and I was very successful by the way, and what I did, and I believe is very successful and will continue his success if he handles every situation the way he did mine.. If I was his superiors , I would recognize what this individual means to the company as well as his customers. Because without him. I would probably have to be sedated right now.
